ako rin natakot sa image retention kasi sabi sa manual wag daw ibabad ng matagal sa isang channel. first time plasma owner din ako. naka-zoom in ang movies para walang black bars at no settings over 50 to be safe.

I have one 50UT30 at home. Been watching for 2 weeks with Letter-box movies everyday. Until now still do not find any image retention.

scouting pa pero vic has always the best deals for plasma.
my main HT will go PJ route, but wanted to see 3D in action and find out what the fuzz is about, lalo na itong new baby monster ni brader Louie_18. Ok na ko sa 42" Panny deal, pero if kaya pa difference, i'd jump the bigger one, para tumagal ng konti. I am sure my son will get a huge kick out of it.

The Samsung 43e490 presents a bit reddish primary color.

Panasonic UT offers more natural color.

The Samsung might be compared to the old days of Fuji film developed picture with color more on the reddish side. The Panasonic is a Kodak look alike developed picture--very colorful yet natural skin tones.

We have Edimax wifi dongle at P2K. It is compatible with this TV.

This TV is covered with 1 year in-house warranty.

Mga sir patulong naman. Ang na dedetect lang ng receiver ko from the digital out of this tv is pcm even if ung source ko is DTS. I tried connecting the audio of the NMT directly to my receiver and it detects DTS naman pero pag galing sa tv pcm pa rin. My NMT is measy x5. From the manual may nakasulat naman na SPDIF option sa audio pero pag try ko sa tv wala naman lumalabas. Thanks

We haven't tried this TV with the 3TB HDD, but we definitely confirm that the TV can accommodate 2TB HDD.

We have WD HDD:
1TB P4700.
2TB P5900.

nice deal sir.. baka next week po punta ko jan sa shop nyo tingnan ko difference ng p42ut30 and p42st30 kasi dba neo plasma po yung st30 and may louvre filter, may nabasa kasi ako na may effect sa viewing angle ang louvre filter. punta na lang po ako jan para makita ko ung comparison in person. heheh i made up my mind na panny na bibilin ko between the p42ut30 or p42st30.. thanks
