Hi, may naka try naba ng player na to? any feedbacks?

I have a Sony BDP-S570 and it works wonderful especially in 3D pero it seems to have a hard time reading BBC discs (Sherlock and Frozen Planet). I don't have a clue and it goes for other 3D bd players since I tested a Panasonic BDT-210 and ganun din ang result, no video. Buti na lang ung Philips BDP3100 was able to read both titles.

Sony S590 which version Sir U.S. or Asian version. I tested a Sony htib 3D bluray at Tri-noma it plays region A and R1 dvd. works just fine Sir.

actually both Sony htib and stand alone Sony S590  plays R1 dvd's aside from R3 as for blu ray, it's play region A Sir.  :)v but i think it's a region free bd player if i'm not mistaken.

from my manual it says
R1 for BDs
R1 for DVDs

That's great! Here in the Phil. it does play region 1 and 3 dvd's region A for bd.
It's a nice stand alone player.

hi fellow s590 users! anybody tried connecting it with denon 1912? can't output audio on my receiver, sa tv lumalabas audio nya..

Hi Sir Lee, what's the brand of your t.v.?  i think there should be a setting on your t.v., because mine says w/c speakers to use tv speakers or audio out. set it to audio out. then you will hear it coming from your Denon  avr. also check the input of your Denon to see where you hooked your audio cable Sir, be it optical or coaxial. Hope this works out for you Sir.

thanks for the quick reply sir. tv is sony 40bx400, tried setting "speaker" to audio system but still no sound from the avr.. current setting of my avr worked well with my bdp-s380 before. seems like a handshake issue of the s590 with some denon avrs, found this awhile ago: http://www.avsforum.com/t/1396469/official-sony-bdp-s590-and-bdp-390-thread/1890
followed their instructions but still no sound from the avr 
it's features are great but im thinking of selling it already because of this issue..
