Would've been nice if this used passive glasses. Otherwise, I don't see how anyone would choose this over the Panasonic P42UT30 unless they'll use it with a PC.

I'm currently interested with LG's 3D LED models because of their passive solution.

Yes, the built-in USB can read 3D SBS files.

Passive eyeglass has the disadvantage. It delivers lower resolution to eyeglass viewing.

Devant is just a marketing company, not a TV manufacturer. Devant outsources its products from OEM (original equipment manufacturer) companies that supplied TV. Skyworth is one of the companies that supply TV to Devant.

Definitely, buying a Skyworth has advantages over buying a third party brand TV. One is that you get lower price when buying direct from the manufacturer. Another is you are aware of the origin of the TV. Example, buying a Skyworth assures you that it is a Skyworth, but buying a Devant won't assure you it's a Skyworth; inside, Devant might be some other brands like Changhong, Haier, etc.

Sir Vic is this the same scenario with Avision products? So far I am very happy with the 2 Avisions that I have purchased from your store. I just wanted to be educated on these brands so I can recomment them as well.

I think that its the same case with avision as well. The remote of the old avision 42al69 i had and the remote of my neighbor's 32 inch devant are identical - yung print lang nung brands nila sa remote ang pinag kaiba.

Not to take away from avision though. It has given me almost 2 years of video entertainment with quality i cannot complain about.

Yes, Devant and AVision are both made by Skyworth. You will find same outlook and same feature. Its 120Hz trumotion is made by the same Skyworth video engine.

May browser na po ba ito at kaya ba nya ung mga site na required Flash 10 up gaya ng Youtube.

Android na rin po ba ang OS nya, pwede mag install ng android apps?

Maganda sana kung kaya nya rin ang network browsing parang DLNA para ma play ko ung mga videos, songs at images ko sa wireless network ko, para hindi na ako mag sasaksak ng USB sa tv.

So ibig po ba sabihin nito ay pwede akong mag download ng mga Andriod apps gaya ng:

1. Skype, siguro native to dahil may free webcam? Maganda kasi makipag video chat pag malaki screen.
2. Web browser that supports a version of flash which can be used for sites like youtube?
3. Network browser so I can play my media files on my wireless network?

Nasubukan nyo na po ba ito sa TV na ito? Ano nga po pala version ng Andriod nya?
