Sir remigton, just curious on fullrange. I understand the point-source importance specially on near-field listening, but do you still benefit on the sound coherence even if you listen to say, 5 meters away as compared to a multi-speaker set?
I onced toy with the idea of fullranges and played with fountek. The mids is really exceptional but i find the upper mid-highs lacking. Results of lobbying inherent to speaker size sabi. If i attenuate the volume, i could also hear the lows bottoming (maybe box issue). The lows is snappy still. I tried scans 10f instead, a smaller size midrange driver in fullrange. Iba naman, the highs is there but the lows is limited to somewhere 500hz. Bitin.
Hence, i ended with point-source speakers, morels, kef and tannoys.
Im solved in the idea of fullrange and really curious on AN. Im planning to do a diy build on my bedroom to set the romantic tone. Hehehe!
