Bro. 7.5" ang required butas. Kung 8" na A Audio baka sakto lang. Kaso kailangan ka magdagdag o magpalit ng foam sa loob ng speaker. Baka kulang kasi sa foam yang existing speaker cabinet mo. Recommended ko na madali ikabit Uratex bio aire foam P650 lang more or less.

A guy in PDVD sold his Topping TP10. Topping TP10 has the famous tripath TA 2024. Some guys compared it to 300B SET Tube Amp. But for me it can only rival SET after some upgrades and if will be used with highly sensitive speakers. I found out that it already has upgraded DC power caps. But since it has no bypass caps and some ingredients that I have, the SQ did not meet my preference. So, I tune it up a little and here is the SQ via You Tube. I love the TA 2024 chip when it comes to vocals. It has natural solid bass when upgraded properly. The TA 2020 of SMSL SA 36a and SA S1 only has more balance frequency compared to TA 2024. But the TA 2024 really has a big midFrequency quite similar to 300B SET esp.when upgraded.

Kung fibe fill or polyester fill, doon na lang ako sa uratex bio aire foam dahil bugod sa egg crate design na rubber pa na good quality. Mas type ko lang and di matrabaho.

I decided on the Cast Frame para less vibrations, bro.

I had a pair of Fostex speakers before (years ago), which I got from the late Mang Johnny (who was very famous in the other Audio Forum, Wiredstate.) Nanghihinayang din ako kasi I sold that pair of speakers. Ang ganda pa naman nang finish nung enclosure niya, kasi naka Amboyna Burl Veneer yun.

Anyway, like i just mentioned, am excited to try the AN's.

Naku, sana pala di mo binenta. Kasi ako kahit naka AN Standard 8 ako (na naka balot ng wool ang frame para less vibration as you said), I will never sell my Royal Copenhagen Alnico 8. I also regret selling my AN super 8. Wla kasi ako pera nun, kaya kumapit sa patalim.

$198 + $30 shipping (if your shipping address is in the U.S.) .

If you will have it shipped to the Philippines, I think shipping is around $140+ or higher... the problem is the weight of the AN drivers... around 20lbs yung total weight nung box nung AN super 8 that I ordered from David Dicks.

I don't have my drivers yet, kasi, I had it shipped to my sister in New York and I told her to wait na lang for some other purchases that I made para sabay sabay na lang ang pag send.

I also ordered veneers for the enclosure that I will have made, plus some other items pa. hehe.

The power supply that is stable and clean is very important. Even a cheap USB Turntable with disposable cartridge will give good sound quality, if the power supply is tweaked. I experimented it on the USB turntable, if tweaking the power supply will have a big effect. I was not disappointed. Putting bypass caps in tweaking power supply really helps, as long as you know the proper bypass cap to use.
