Topic: Which LED and HTIB to get? Will still use a NMT as source..

mga sirs,

help naman.. i already got my parents a nmt, so my next upgrade for them is a 40 inch LED...
since most LED's have a HTIB package.. ang plan ko sanang gawin is connect the nmt to the TV via HDMI.. pero pano lumabas ang audio sa HTIB? may optical naman ang nmt (egreat r6aii) i got for them..

which LED and HTIB should i get? magamit pa rin sana ang NMT as a source, then audio will still come out of the HTIB? gusto ko lang ma-enjoy nila ang very basic HT experience 

budget sana is 28K to 30K (max).. 40 inch LED sana. i've been eyeing on a samsung UA-E5000 plus HT-E330.. pero parang hindi kaya gawin ang plano ko.. 

any suggestions sirs? thank you!
