got my 65 inches last Thursday, after calibration I am a happy camper. even out of the box this 65 incher will wow any enthusiast moreso after tinkering with the picture setting. coming from the 50PV80, MyView did not disappoint, borderless screen that looks really sleek what else can I ask for.

***drooling right now...hehe*** congrats on your purchase! May I ask what is the rated power consumption (at the back)?

Tirso and I have been waiting to get a budget 65 inch panel. As soon as this unit hit the stores, I visited the panel every Sundays. Hinihimas himas ko :)  This baby will soon be mine. I bought my 50 incher for my bedroom 1 year ago and so far, no issues whatsoever. So, I am definitely getting the 65 inch for my HT room.

Visited Tirso, last Saturday and WOW! I know this panel was BIG when I visited the store, but damnnnnn....its even bigger once its home. Amazing PQ. Vibrant colors. Bang for the buck price.

This made me realize that size does matter. Highly recommended unit. If your thinking about getting one, go for it. You will not regret it.

How does this compare kaya with the Qube TV 65" https://www.qube.asia/65qtv-65-1080-full-hd-led-internet-tv-smart-tv-android-4-4-kitkat.html (P50,000.00)? Is the P15,000.00 cost difference justified?

I have seen a 50 inch unit from Qube purchased by a friend of mine in Baguio and color is very disappointing, not sure kung may mali lang sa setting nya but overall picture quality is not good if im going to use that as reference, Qube is no way near the picture quality of My View.

^Based sa specs sa Lazada, it's 105W -- very low. This is actually less than 32" LCD's, which is around 140W.
On the other hand, that 65" Qube posted above is rated at around 120W.

I've seen the MyView 65" myself at LiS. I'd give its PQ a 5/5! ;D

PS
were you able to get a good price for the 65LX100? was LiS able to match Lazada's pricing? pabulong naman ng price ng 65". TIA! :D

Coming from the "jedi's" here, I can now probably trust my eyes more when it comes to PQ!

Is it true that this model uses samsung panels? And I am not sure if it also has "nicer" video processor than the other myview.

I don't know about the panel being a "Samsung" panel. I own a 50 inch MyView and the PQ is very good. The 65 incher is way better IMHO. :)

EXACTLY! :D   I sure hope its price goes down significantly. I feel that the 54-65k price at Lazada is still too expensive. :P

for a 65 incher having that price range, I think its already a steal, Qube is the only other brand selling a 65 LED lower than 50K but I wouldnt get one even if its 40k.

what's the refresh rate of this 65 inches panel?

Refresh Rate at 1080p is 60Hz. That's all you'll ever need anyway since first, you can't add detail beyond what is already in the source footage. Second, the source footage is never greater than 60Hz. That's good enough for me :)

60hz. lang pala, a 60hz. led screen is bad for me kasi bumababa ang effective motion resolution hindi na umaabot sa full 1080 res. so yung 60hz. na panel mo is only good pang display ng static image full 1080 reso. kaya pala mura ang 65" kasi 60hz  lang ang refresh rate. a good led panel shud have at least 120hz. Sa plasma okay na okay lang talaga sa 60hz. hindi na kailangan ng motion interpollation. pero sa led na 60hz. mahirap yan talaga lalo na sa mga fast action scenes kaya kailangan talaga meron motion interpollation unless your led panel has at least 120hz. then u don't need motion interpollation.

In the end, it will all depend on how you actually like a TV’s images. The proof is in the viewing, as they say.

+1 at meron naman ng SPLASH PRO for the 120hz refresh rate. I always drop by at the Listening In Style since malapit lang sya sa work ko, just to view this tv. And as always DROLLSOME! It is side by side with Sharp 85"!

It's still a budget TV and the second cheapest at that. I wouldn't expect hi-end (or mid-range) features at this price point but to see that this TV gives its owners loads of joy is already quite a feat for MyView.

Hopefully, a 120Hz panel will be available to cater to those folks with sensitive eyes that find viewing at 60Hz refresh rate uncomfortable.

sadly i dont understand any of what you have mentioned but guess its good for me as not knowing anything about the technical mumbo jumbo allowed me to enjoy immensely what this tv can offer.obviously what yuo have mentioned can be had from tvs that are significantly more expensive this is why this myview 65 inch is getting good raves, cheap yet you get 65 inches of excellent viewing pleasure. if what you are saying would be present in the myview 65 inch, it will not be priced the way it is now i would supposed. In the box of myview it says " innovation within reach"

I agree :) Just like what I mentioned in my previous post, even though it was only 60hz, I felt it handled motion well (at least for my eyes).

To the owners, hope you can update us with your experience & if you're having any reliability issues so far :)

Planning to get the 50" LED TV. Pagiging smart TV lang ba difference ng EX and SX na 50 incher or meron ding difference sa PQ?
