I just knew those old enough would have taken a second look at my post. So what is its significance with regards to the show? A friend of mine based in NYC was able to purchase the reel to reel player and the tapes used at the Fiorucci store on 58th between Lexington and Park years ago when it closed down. The mixed tapes were made by the DJs on resident at the infamous Studio 54. He has graciously lent the player and tapes to Harana Audio for use as demonstration at the November Hifi Show 2012. Feel the beat once again at the November Hifi Show 2012! Mirror ball and all!
