Added myself to the growing list... I just noticed Emotiva products are now available in Amazon US. Bought mine straight from Emotiva using Paypal. Now that they are an affiliate of Amazon, credit card payment is now possible.

what speakers do you plan to hook up the amp? their power ratings are not equal..30w@4ohms while emo is [email protected] think it is best to audition the nuforce since it is avail locally so you may gauge if what you really need is the emo amp

Pag di kinaya ng budget ko plinius up to year-end, malamang emotiva XPR-5 amp ako to power my 300 watts rms dynes contour 3.3 using Marantz pre/pro. Overkill kaya XPR-5, madami bad reviews sa XPR-5 dahil bago unlike XPA-5 sobra ganda ng reviews. What do you think guys just in case, XPR-5 (US $ 1,699) or XPA-5 (US $ 809)? Justified ba additional US $ 890 for XPR-5?

Using it right now - hooked up to PolkAudio RtiA3.
I'm into ROCK, can't even turn it to 12 O'clock...
in a 12 sq.m room.

I have the xpa3 with a Yamaha 663. As long as you avr has pre-outs pwede.

the XPA3 would work with your yamaha receiver provided that it has multi-channel pre-outs. I don't think your Wharfedale 9.1 speakers can handle the output from the XPA3 though. the 9.1's are only rated for 20-100W. the XPA3 gives out 200W at 8ohms!

if you guys want to buy Emo gears..I think this year is the best year to get one..while there is still a sale..since they will stop doing SALE 2014 and beyond..

hindi ba seasonal ang sale ng Emotiva? alam ko tapos na ang summer sale nila. so the next sale, I think, will be for winter.

Kung ganyon, need to get na kahit XPA-3 lang pang LCR.
Kaso di ko pa magagamit kasi walang pre-out ang 515 ko

And besides, baka ireklamo na naman ako ng landlady ko.

pwede yan sir kung may preout. about sa wharfdale, pwede yan. yung 200w headroom lang yon(peak power) bka at 1/4 volume puno na speaker mo.

sir, best u get an xpa5 para five channel amplification na. and myt wanna try the preamp of emotiva also kesa mag upgrade ka ng 7series o 8series na onkyo just for the preouts.
