CBS has ordered a pilot for
Super Clyde, described as a comedy series from
Raising Hope creator Greg Garcia.
Synopsis:
An orphan and fast-food employee suddenly comes into a huge amount of money and decides to become a secret superhero.
Cast includes Rupert Grint, Stephen Fry, Tyler Labine, Justine Lupe, Laura Ortiz, Carla Jimenez
Harry Potter's Grint in a TV series is an oddity, but with Fry now included as a sort of Alfred Pennyworth-butler type of character, this pilot suddenly became more interesting.
