Based on the 2009 novel by Stephen King...or maybe The Simpsons Movie (LOL), Under The Dome shows what happens when a small town becomes suddenly enclosed by an invisible, impenetrable dome that cuts them off from the rest of the world.

Cast includes Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre, Colin Ford, Natalie Martinez, Dean Norris, Britt Robertson, Aisha Hinds

Developed by Brian K. Vaughan
Brian K. Vaughan, Steven Spielberg, and Stephen King are credited as Executive Producers

This 13-episode series will air on CBS this June 24, 2013.

Starts today...looks like this is a regular series, and not a miniseries; not sure how they intend to prolong it, as King's book clearly had an ending.

It was just okay for me. None of the characters seem appealing, and they sure picked a stupid-looking actor for the part of Junior Rennie. Hopefully the series improves later on, but with the news that it's being extended into a regular series, I doubt it.

I'm surprised at how much they've changed from the book. Characters, back stories, interactions, even the nature of the dome itself.

It makes it more interesting to watch, actually. I think I'd be really bored otherwise.

I'm giving it a couple more episodes. If the pace doesn't change then I'm ditching the series altogether.

Under the Dome = Underwhelming.

I was 1/3 of the way through the 3rd episode when i just totally gave up on it na. Nakaka-antok eh.

The book was way better.

I'm glad I stuck with the show, I was nodding off during the early episodes, but it's gotten significantly better these past two weeks.

It always bothers me whenever the kids go into their dome-induced epileptic seizures. It's, like, I should take it seriously but that's hard when you're basically watching two kids lying down and going Gangnam-style for 60 seconds.

i'm giving this a few more episodes. it's a bit dragging. it's too bad that there's not much else to watch these days. the series is so different from the book. i guess they'd have to do that if they want to keep the show for several seasons. dapat siguro ginawa na lang nilang movie ito.

I read the book and it's very interesting! The series itself doesn't fail at all. Breaking News that UNDER THE DOME will have 3 Seasons with 13 Episodes Intact. LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS

People say it focuses more on Drama, but I think it's KING & SPIELBERG COMBINED!

Under the Dome will conclude at the end of the currently airing third season. CBS has announced that the show’s final episode will air September 10, 2015.
