Samsung QLED units are available in the Philippines:
-Q7F (flat)
and
-Q8C (curved)

No word if Q9F will be sold in the Philippine market....
I tnink Q9F will start at 75inch. here in the philippines and with that scenario Q9F will be commanding more than half a million price maybe thats why where not seeing this tv here. As i said saw Q9F in the states and its PQ was incredible in HDR of course.

Dami pala dapat iconsider sa screen technology and different features ng bawat tv. Lol! Nahilo na ata ako. Haha.

Lol!

Pasensiya na mga master, gulong gulo lang. Lol!

I am waiting 3 years when OLED 65" would be priced at 65t.

picture is not as sharp as compared to lower end samsung LED TV.  I can't describe it but something is off.  The latest model is 60" for 60k.

Thanks!

This is a good deal for non-discerning buyers.  Sadly, most of the PDVD crowd will probably not go for it.    ;D

I'm thinking the link below is the TV on sale:

HiSense has been upping their game since their big marketing push beginning 2016. They used to rely on technology transfers from Japanese companies (like Sharp, Matsucrapa, and Sanyo) but have since brought in more talent and tie-ups with Chinese  universities should bring in innovative ideas.

I haven't met anybody who's owned one of these yet so YMMV.

got the hisense 4k tv last year it was 50 inch. i forgot the model of that tv and it was really bad it would crash on 4k netflix content, good on 1080p material and after several months of use its wifi module cease to operate so i switch to LAN. funny thing is after a year wall mounting the tv. i found out that the supplied stand legs is making the tv not level flat on my tv rack because the supplied stand legs was not for my tv model i dont know how it got there in the tv's boxing and lastly no tech support directly from hisense only 3rd party licensed tv repair shop. stay away from hisense folks.. btw the tv was only a 60hz. panel with that i experienced frame dropping on 24p material and its motion smoothing is always engaged even i turn it OFF.

Went to Best Buy yesterday to scout out the latest models,
the Samsung QLED was indeed stunning, but too stunning for my taste,
meaning it is way too bright, hindi na makatotohanan ang images and color,
to my eyes, medyo mabigat na ang eye strain nya lalo kung 3 hours kang nakatitig sa kanya,
unlike my previous 75JU7100, then I saw the 82MU8000, this one was perfect,
it was warm to my eyes, and maganda ang color rendition at hindi masakit sa mata,..

Wife wanted to take it home already, sabi ko hintay muna ako ng ilang months,
Black Friday is just around the corner, plus a 30% discount from the wife's work, that would be a nice deal,...  ^-^

For the heck of comparing with Manila's prices, here's what I had seen over the last weekend in one US store with tempting pre-Black Friday price cuts for two models:

Okay, let's do some math using today's (October 11, 2017) current exchange rate of $1.00 - P51.47 to see how they stack up with Manila's prices:

Samsung Q7F 65"  $2,299 --> P118,346

LG C7 55" $1,899 --> P97,755

No sir, wife is a nurse, and part of her benefit sa hospital na pinagta-trabahuhan nila ng anak ko ay
may discount sila sa kung saan saan na shops, theme parks etc etc,...
And sadly, as much as I want to help you out,
hindi pwede sir, solely for family lang talaga,...

Hi, can you suggest me a bang for the buck tv within the 25-40k range? Atleast 43" and above mainly used for streaming, youtube and some light games. Is it a good time to buy a tv now or wait a little longer till the 2018 models comes out? Maybe the 2016 and 2017 models will drop their prices??

So far, ito pa lang mga na canvass ko.
Sony 49X7500E 40k cash
Sam 55MU6103 37k cash
Sam 55m6300 38k cash
Sharp 50ue630x 39k cash

After much anticipation, I ended up ordering the Samsung UN85JU7100, which is the sibling of my UN75JU7100,
wasn't really impressed with the newer MU8000 series, and I love the JU7100 series, good thing may stock pa nito,
and its a steal ngayong BLACK FRIDAY,..!

Thank you sir,

Cheers,...

Ako naman I got the Sony 75-incher from a (surprise) Lightning Deal over at Amazon where it was priced at $1300 pre-tax.

Even with shipping fees, this is cheaper than the Php130k I see in Manila. Well worth the wait while it's out at sea.. now to pray that it won't have any defect :D
Probably dropped a studio condo-equivalent amount on audio gears #theaudiojourneycontinues
