Kung wala kang makuhang bolts (or info about the size) sa service center sukatan mo na lang.

8mm diameter bolts (M8) are used for TVs 47" and larger. Smaller TVs use M4, M5 or M6. Yung lalim (measured flush with the back of tv) pwede mo sukatan using palito or bbq stick. Add the thickness of the mounting plate and any other spacer to get max bolt length.

So kung 31mm ang calculated max bolt length, you have to buy 4 pcs M8x25mm and 4 pcs M8x30mm bolts, plus 4 lock washers. Try the short bolts first if it threads nicely. Use the longer ones kung parang sobrang kaunti yung naka-thread sa loob.

PS wag ka bibili ng sobrang habang bolts baka lumusot sa screen, hehe!

M6 ang binigay ng Samsung dati sa TX ko. Alam na nila agad when I asked.

Hindi ko na tinuloy magpadiagnose sir.

I called them sir and inquired if there are parts available, i.e. y-sustain board, as most of us encountered to be the problem from same symptoms. Sabi ko iconfirm ko muna sana if may available na parts for repair bago ko ipacheck para may assurance ako na may next step after diagnosis. Sabi nila hindi daw pwede, diagnosis daw muna.

E sabi ko bakit ganun? Ganun daw talaga. Ayun. Sabi ko hindi na lang.

Hindi ko pa tinatanong about cashback. Less than 5 years pa lang unit ko. Nakainquire na kayo sir?

I miss my samsung 64F8500 even though my current TV is a 65Q8C but QLED PQs is inferior against my busted plasma tv. So sad that Samsung shut down their tech. support for plasma tvs.

Pumutok akin mga after 11 months or purchase so may warranty pa, pinalitan nila ng buo. Tapos pumutok din yung bagong unit after mga 1 year ata... nung nagtanong ako sa repair nung time na yun, more than 10k gagastusin. Eh mukhang hindi sulit kasi parang mga around 1 year pumuputok rin, so bumili na lang kami ng bagong tv.

have 2 units of these babies. 1 of them died and I received cash back for the item same as the others. I realized that it probably shorted out due to the heat since it was being used in a non-AC room.

With the price of the Q8 sir you could have gotten an LG OLED instead which is the new Plasma in terms of PQ...
