Thanks for the kind words sir. Performance-to-price ratio of these speakers is definitely bang for the buck.

New owner viber'd me a short video of these babies in action.  WOW!!!! And to think woofer hasn't been broken  in yet.  Kudos to the maker for a high end product at a very sensible price.  May your tribe increase.

Sire Tony,  Oo nga eh .... nung tumutugtog na, di mo na makausap ... hehehe.  Kidding aside, heard this personally and with around more than 50 hours of break-in, it sounds very good and will definitely be sounding excellent when it completes its 800 hour break-in period.  I have the same driver and while it needs a long break-in period, you will still enjoy it along the way.  The last tone to settle down is the bass after the break-in period.

I had the pleasure of listening to these speakers for almost 3 hours in the new owner's HT room which was treated with bass traps and sound absorbers, floor is carpeted. The room doesn't have "flutter" echo when I did the clap test. The requirement for the build is to produce coherent mids esp in voice and smooth-non-ear-piercing highs.

The speakers will be crossed to 2 Rel T5 subs to handle the lows, hence the decision to opt for bookshelves. The position of the 2 subs in the room; 1 at the front left corner behind the speakers and the second one at the back right corner of the room, behind the listening chair.

I must say I was surprised at how effortlessly the mini-onkens integrated with the 2 subs. It is well-balanced and there's no localization of the bass sound. It just fills the room. It also compliments the extension in the highs the MA 10.3M can produce. Imaging is spot on, vocals is always dead center in the music materials we tried.

Buhaying lang natin ang Thread na 'to.

I searched the entire PDVD forum for Decware DNA Horn but found zero result.
So i am sharing my build on this. Matagal na ako nai-intriga sa speaker cabinet na 'to, pero kelangan muna ng right tools & time para magawa. Di kasi ubra circular saw lang, daming cuts & angled pa.

Quote
World's Smallest Full Range Horn...

Nearly 20Hz~20kHz from a single driver without corner loading! It covers the full 9.96 octaves of human hearing!

And while the driver is rated at around 90dB @ 1 watt /1 meter, that actual efficiency in this cabinet design is closer to 93/94dB making it compatible with high quality tube amplifiers as small as 2 watts.

This seemingly impossible stunt of getting such performance from such a small cabinet is made possible by one of DECWARE's creator Steve Deckert's original designs.
for further info:
https://www.decware.com/newsite/HORN.html

Decware uses 10p on their latest build.

Quote
Designer Steve Deckert talking about...

The DRIVER: "It's the best driver I've heard straight out the box with no modifications.  In fact there is absolutely nothing I can do to it or tweak on it to make it better... most impressive!"

The CABINET: "As you may have figured out by looking at the frequency response - the secret to the DNA horn design is that it stretches bass response down to 1/2 the driver's fs. This is a good thing because you get that precious low bass with the speed of a higher fs driver that moves less!"

Initial impression - WOW!, though the drivers have around 25 hours of break-in time.

Finishing na lang O0
