I have recently procured a Sony PS-LX55 II from our house in the province when looking for our old cassettes and CDs.
It is not in the best condition and was not able to fully test it as the power plug is missing or cut-off. The needle or cartridge seems intact and the turntable seems to spin.
From what I've read from the net and saw from a Youtube video, the turntable seems operates automatically and is what they call a Linear Tracking turntable.
I am purely a novice with this equipment and would want to check if this is worth repairing instead of investing on a new or a fully working used one. Thank you. Would post photos later on.
