any idea how to eject the hard drive(is that the right term?) from a mede8ter 500 yung unang labas na med pa? a couple of friends told me na nakakasira ng hd pag hindi na eject.

My med800x3d sir is not. wala kang madidinig na spin or ingay.

Im currently using YAMJ as my jukebox on my jurassic egreat m34 LOL..i suppose the mede8er will still support the yamj files since hmtl file lang naman yun..question ko lang automaically babasahin ung index.html sa root folder upon boot up

For the Mede8er 600 or 800 users, has anyone tried using a Probox 4-bay enclosure with it? No compatibility issues?

Baka may error sa firmware.

Try a firmware update, or just reflash the present firmware.

Use the "emergency procedure." See the bottom of the page:

Sa 450x2 ang pangeject ng hdd is F2.

Broke my remote. Tried the ir blaster on my phone but mede8er is not listed as a manufacturer. Does anyone know which 'brand' I can use instead?

Thanks. No logitech option on the dvd and stb set so i tried everything on the dvd...nothing worked.
Then i tried the stb set and ac ryan works just fine. Playing videos are now ok =)

Problem is there are lots of buttons not available in the standard app of my phone(honor 6+).
Like 'select' for identifying and copying files so I guess I have to get it repaired at some point.
Does anyone know where I can get the remote repaired?

As far as I know, before you press the F2 key to eject the HD, you must first access the Home page. If you don't, the F2 command does not work. To go to the Home page, you have to press the Mede8er icon on your remote.

Ang tagal na pala nito brader.

Got confirmation from Marvin na wala talagang eject function ang 500X so Im settled. Antay na lang ako may magbenta ng murang 650X
