Any substitutes for the now defunct TV Guide magazine?
« on: Apr 09, 2014 at 12:54 AM »
Hello people,

TV Guide magazine (By Atlas Publishing) used to be my definitive source of movie listings for all major cable movie channels in the country. Sadly, the company closed down. I was wondering if there was any other source, whether in print or online, that consolidates movie schedules for the month like TV  Guide did?
It seems cumbersome to have to go to individual websites of HBO, Star Movies, Cinemax, Fox Family Movies, Etc. to find out what their lineup is for each month.

Just curious, thanks,

-ryan

Yes this looks promising. If only there were a way to view a listing of all movies currently airing for the month instead of a daily schedule. What my mom used to do with TV Guide magazine was to read through each movies description, and if she found an interesting description, she would take note of it's schedule and channel written under each description.
Thanks for the link.
