Just came from Abensons. The LG guy there told me that this May, they will come out with a 42LB6200 as part of the 2014 line. Direct led, 3D, non-smart, 120 trumotion. Estimated price is 31K for cash. I checked the LG site but they don't have specs yet. I'll wait for this before deciding what to buy.

Finally saw this sa SM. 34,990 with 4 passive glasses and 2 dual sport glasses. We tried it out. Ok ang 3D (at least hindi kami nahilo ni wifey) and the kids liked it. Triple XD engine, pero hindi familiar yung saleslady about its trumotion features. Kanina lang daw nadisplay yung unit. She assured me though that it is a step up from the LA6130.

Mas mura ito compared to the 2013 42LA6130 maski sa original srp pa. The orig srp of the 6130 is 39,990 then 31k kung cash.

I was about to purchase this unit yesterday. However, on my way, I met the RM of LG from whom I bought my plasma a few years ago when he was a salesman then. After talking a while and getting his opinion, he said that the basic difference between the LB6200 and LA6130 is the design and trumotion rate (the former is 120hz while the latter is 60hz). Then he suggested that I get the LA6910 (2013) instead kung may makita pa daw ako. He cannot recall kung saan pa may available.

Does anyone here have this LA6910, and what are your experiences?

Do this TV really support TruMotion (120Hz)?

I can't find any techspec which says so.

I think the only difference is that the latter has SOE(Soap Opera Effect)
