Pag nasira ba yung unit mas reasonable bang pagawa sa authorized service center or ok lang sa generic repair center like LOVE and EMPIRE?

Parang ang mahal kasi ng quote sa Panasonic Service Center may bayad pa yung estimate and check up.

Any recommentation guys? :)

Kung under warranty pa dapat sa service center at depende sa covered ng warranty. Kung lapsed na ang warranty period you have options. IMO, depende sa value ng gamit mo at handa ka magbayad sa service quality and parts. Sa un-authorized medyo mura nga ang charge at handa ka na tanggapin ang workmanship nila and parts used. Not familiar those shops you mentioned.

depends on the situation. pag may warranty pa syempre sa authorized service center. I've tried Love electronics and they fixed my receiver.

ano ba ang problema ng TV sir? you can always get a quote from them before they fix it. but just be ready for it. normally pag nagpa ayos ka especially if major repairs the cost might be about the same as getting a new TV.

My 32 inch LG plasma had been repaired by Love Electronics and the tv is still going strong. This was a power supply problem din. Tinanggihan na ng LG servie center kasi grey market daw at walang parts.

You mean sir grey market, purchased from outside?
May be they don't want to install not original or replacement part.

Gray market meaning the importation didn't pass thru the distributor channels of the manufactures. But that doesn't make it illegal.

Most probably LG only repairs on a modular basis and they don't do a thorough repair to a component level. This is probably the reason kung bakit ni reject nila. Mga technicians nila were  trained that way. Palit module check palit if it works. What I don't understand is bakit nila sasabihin na walang parts they can just change the entire power supply. But anyway, nakamura ka pa doon sa love kung piyesa lang at labor.

wala nang check up fee at pull out fee sa love.

have my yamy reciever repaired by them. ok naman. yung cdp na luma hindi nila nagawa, walang parts buti walang check up fee

Yes, that's what thought. Purchased abroad. I don't understand their refusal to fix since they're authorized by the manufacturer.

question po... bumagsak 55 inch led tv ko. sumalpak yung screen sa floor. when i turned on the tv again may 2 black horizontal lines at 1 vertical blue line na visible. maaalis kaya mga lines over time or magagawa pa kaya sya? tnx

major difference: modular vs component level repair. and of course cost, sa authorized service center one board replacement could cost about 25-50% of the equipment cost, pag lcd/plasma screens kapresyo na halos ng current model tv.

advantage of "non-authorized service centers" is the ability to do deep component level repair, they can often repair items na ni-reject na ng authorized service center dahil walang replacement board available.

Swapping boards is easier than tracing and replacing actual components that are at fault. Kaya basta marunong magbaklas/kabit pwede na mag service center tech.  ;D Parang yung ibang PC tech kahit hindi marunong mag-diagnose basta may pamalit na boards/parts palit lang ng palit hanggang gumana PC.

Ganyan yata ang mga service centers, techs not taught to fix components but how to replace boards or any plug n play parts. Sa un-authorized centers, they will try to fix or replace fault parts only dahil mahal ang orig. board or wala makuha.
