Topic: First time buying led tv but the analogue channels are all wrong

Hi i just bought a new samsung 4300 led tv pero all yung channels medyo palpak. Im using analogue destiny cable. Nausog ung channels. Tas yung iba parang wala. Yung abs cbn wala. Dapat channel 10 sya pero sa led tv naging channel 15.

You might need to program it manually.

ganun talaga. either live with it at masanay sa new channel numbers or manually assign and move each channels the same sa nakasanayan mo. matrabaho yan.

Turns out wala namang missing channels. ABS CBN is on channel 20. I guess i'll just get used to it. At least nothing's missing.

mejo mahirap lang talaga ang  channel setting but you can change the channel assignments according to however you want it to be.

@jeff mangum. Ive owned 3 sammy leds. Ganyan nga talaga ang auto channel search ng mga sammy leds for our analogue cable tv. Manual storing is the solution for that as the master have said. Mejo matagal nga pang pero gets the job done.

Medyo ang nakakalito ung manual program. Kasi di ko naman alam yung Schannel na corresponding ng each channel.. Kaya siguro wag nalang.

Yep. Destiny channel! Tas gma ata 25. Kala ko nga nung una na-move lang ng 1 channel kasi ung MTV naging 45 instead of 46. Di ko makuha yung pattern.

If you have another tv in the house with destiny cable, you can use that as reference. Otherwise, punta ka sa website ng destiny, tapos tingnana mo channel lineup nila. Although i would suggest the former para di masyado confusing.

Thats not my point, nalilito ako dun sa manual store menu kasi di ko alam kung ano lalagay sa mga numbers. Kasi every channel may corresponding na random number na di ko alam ibig sabihin.

it happened also with our sony and toshiba. Just have to reprogram it one by one. Or yeah get an external box. Doesnt happen to sharp tv's.

does the cable connector at the back of tv need adaptor? the usual local channel is ntsc with screw type connector. if what you have is a plug in type, you might have a tv reciever designed for PAL. you'll get all channel just not set accordingly as ntsc system.

The cable connector has a pal adaptor that's included in the box. So is that the reason why the channel lineup is like that?

I actually emailed Destiny cable and they said its normal. Im asking them for the lineup of the mixed up channels so i wont get confused but still hasnt replied yet.

its normal, you need to manually setup the channels if you want it to appear with the correct channel setup. i dont think destiny can help you either. you can use another tv or the paper that they give out. it would just be one time setup, not unless destiny changes channel assignment again.

Problem ko din yan sa former Toshiba TV ko. On my LG tv's wala ako naging problem. How about sa Philips tvs may issue din kaya na ganito? Planning to get a Philips kasi.

just ask for a normal ntsc system if purchasing new reciever.
