Nice review Doc.  Hope meron pa stock.  Louie,  balitaan mo naman ako if meron pa sa ATC avant. 

Doc unfortunately wala nang stock nung nagtanong ako before ako bumuli nang Samsung 51H5000.
Yung last stock nila nakareserve at fully paid na daw

I wasn't able to do a side by side comparison with the LB6700 but I was able to compare the 51h5000 with the LB6500 model na available sa Avant... I like the more natural/accurate colors of the Samsung Plasma, softer and easier on the eyes... Black levels and contrast are also better sa Samsung Plasma. The advantage of the LG is the 3D capability and its Smart TV features.

still looking for this tv, at 51,000 pesos cas price. pero so far wala ako makita na seller, only lowest is  68,000.00 pesos. sana ibaliky yun 50k na presyo nila.pa update sirng store kung saan meron. salamat

A couple of shops are offering this LG 55LB6700 to me for P45k brand new stock. I know this is 2014 model but reviews here and abroad are quite good. Good size, good specs and performance based on reviews.

Do you think this a good buy? Or is there better alternative (other brands/models) around the same price?

Maganda tlaga yan boss kaso mas oks kung mas lower pricing nya kase 2yrs old na model line nya by 2016.   Kung mahaggle nyo price no doubt a real good smart 3D TV

I have a problem with the TV maintaining an internet connection via WIFI or LAN cable. I observed this happening after an auto update. Anybody experiencing this? Sayang pa naman ang Youtube, Netflix and I Want TV.

Di na ba pwede bumalik sa dati firmware? Ung sakinnag notify ng update di ko tinuloy baka magloko eh.. ano ba meron sa update nila?

Napansin ko lang bagong interface ng I Want TV. Ewan ko lang sa ibang apps. Anyway, I just did a factory reset. Apparently yung access point where my LAN cable was attached was buggy. Rinekta ko nalang sa Skycable modem/router yung LAN cable tapos ok na. Connecting thru WIFI near impossible talaga. Must be a hardware problem.
