Help. Need a budget 50 inch led or plasma

Hello guys, need help here. I'm looking for a 50 inch led tv. Budget is around 25-30k. Viewing distance is 7.5 feet. To be used for ps3, dibidi, chromecast and usb video (mostly  576 to 720p). Currently using a 2-year old myview 40 inch used every other day for 2-3 hours a time. Read negative reviews about hisense/devant service but there seems to be not much feedback on myview. Also open to buying plasma if not much price difference. Any  suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Samsung 51H5000 @ 31,997 on sale from sept 29-30
Prestiz 50" @ 25,000

Inquired myview 55 but was told by listening in style still in customs.

Where can i try and  buy samsung 51h5000 and what is its power consumption? Thanks.

Inquired with other appliance stores and was told that this model is exclusive to sm and abenson groups
