Being one of the cheaper 3D TV LG has to offer, does anyone know if this has edgelit LEDs for backlights or full array?
Plus what the heck does 100hz MCI mean?
I did a bit of googling and people say it is different from LG's TruMotion which refers to refresh rate (even this is argued as fake and not true refresh rate). I guess what I mean is does 100hz MCI make movies sort of like Soap Opera (TruMotion they say does this)?
I really don't want 3D. Instead I prefer a larger screen 46/47" at least but I can only fork out 28K for a TV. I want an LG preferably. My old three-year old 37" is an LG and still kickin ass (37 to 42 does not seem a lot of improvement in terms of screen real estate)
Do you see 46/47 LGs even if basic LED TV at the 28K price range?
