hi, i have a Sony 337esd , 4 DAC's, surplus japan. ok naman, mukhang heavy duty,it weighs 26lbs, paired with a surplus japan Harman Kardon HK6100, wharf's 8.3. ganda ng tunog sa akin.

got a surplus sony cdp-611 DSP last sat. sa pier 2k, 2 DAC and an optical out .... so far ok naman ung sounds and mukhang bago pa hehe.....

check ko uli maya, pre. didn't notice the hdcd led light up when i played it, but surely, jheena lodwick sounded so sweet and natural parang kumakanta siya sa harap ko.

. details were so clear and soundstaging was great that i played the whole cd again.

Ok no problem, Just need to get hold of other HDCD encoded cds. Am also planning to get 2 copies of the same album (any audio cd), one copy hdcd and the other one a standard version of the same album para marinig yung lahat ng difference. initial impressions when i played and listened to an hdcd encoded disc on the 971,
