I am a newbie in Audio. Just started a year ago. Please bear with my setup, I have limited space and budget so I have a not timber matched set of speakers for my home theater and stereo setup. Once budget permits I'm planning to upgrade to all B&W set of speakers and also upgrade my subwoofer to SVS.

I tihnk he does not necessarily need a DAC because his CDP has a built-in DAC already.

i watched your video, nice gears having separate setup for music and movies, four floorstanding branded speakers,separate amp and receiver, with subwoofer- this is already a pricey setup.

maybe you can add a little sound isolation/sound proofing materials for reflective surfaces for a better audio. i noticed that you have a very limited space for the cluttered gears, maybe the reason why you settled for a small led tv.

your video is comprehensive, precise and humble down to earth with its title as poorman's setup. (i realized i am poorer than you...)

and you have a nice voice too, you can be a good DJ.

I agree with you. maskailangan ng sound absorbers lalo na sa very small room because immediate and malakas ang reflections jan. Maaaring noticeable ang fine flutter echoes pero big difference pa din kung may sound absorbers in the proper place.

And since you mentioned sound reflections, may may friendly and suking sellers tayo dito sa marketplace. May free advice pa!

sir based on the manuals, hindi advisable na nakapatong ang mga gears from each other especially yung amp kc umiinit yun.

if i were you, i will use av rack to separate the gears and leave small ventilation on top for sufficient air flow.
