LG Magic remote problem

Wheel got too slippery to scroll. Used everything including a bit of acetone but no help.

Anyone w this problem.  My remote is the droplet shaped one

I never did use mine. Di ko na nga mahanap kung saan ko itinabi. Sinubukan mo na bang buksan?

Have it serviced. In case nga this happened, I kept my regular remote from my old LG tv.
