AMD Carrizo

The AMD Carrizo is out. Its HEVC capability may make it the APU of choice for HTPCs. The lack of retail availability would be a problem though (except for those going for prebuilt units).

Owning a Broadwell processor, I can say that HEVC playback does look like a slide show on it (as in the video above).
