Pag cash ba yan? Higher if credit card?

May nakita ako 2013 top of the line ng LG for 97k. 4k/3d full array backlight. Tempting.

Pero parang OLED ang gusto ko in the future.

Yung lg LA9700 based sa amazon reviews may 4k/6step upscaling na eh.

Yung sa akin 47LA6700. No problems naman. Size lang gusto ko mas malaki. ☺

Bongchilog recommended me to one. I got the 65uf860t the color prime version.  I chose this one because from what I read it is capable with hdr just like the uf950t.  Mas mahal nga lang compared to the uf850t.  Exterior looks exactly like the uf850t rose gold (or bronze) lang yung outside frame and stand.  picture quality looks like the 950t colorprime.

I was torn between this and the samsung ju7000.  Medyo nabagalan lang ako sa OS ng samsung and although mas better ang blacks ng samsung mas ok naman 3d performance ng lg by a mile.  Other than that almost same lang sila. Eh mahilig ako sa 3d kaya lg pinili ko tsaka mas futureproof ng konti because of hdr capabilities. Im very much satisfied with my purchase kahit na urong sulong talaga ako between the two hahaha.

uf850t, uf860t and uf950t owners hope we can share some calibration settings.

onga e.. prices have improved alot.. naalala ko noon 32" dito 100k+... so... sulit ipadala.. tapos naging big screens lang... 55" ang sulit.... (then they were considered big)
now... 55" 20k ipadala.. di na sulit e... so... kailangan siguro 65 and above...
problema.. i always target low end na big screen.. and parang di sulit ipadala.. kasi couriers charge by inch :( hehe

Where did you purchase the 65UF860T and if you don't mind how much was it? Was comparing the UF850T, UG8700, and UF950T when I saw your post.

Check olx...

65uf850t is already 95k...
65uf860t is around 115k

A tallboy speaker accidentally fell to my LG led tv
Disaster talaga..
Kala ko nabasag panel ko, nagasgas kasi, so immediately i turn on the tv..

conclusion:
in terms of panel durability.
mukhang panalo ang LG compare to samsung panel.

I also checked youtube for the comparison

Iba iba ang ginagamit na layers on top of the panel, however. Pwedeng tempered glass or hard plastic na may coating.

Hi Sir, where you able to audition both 860t and 950t side by side? Wala kasi akong makitang 860t naka display.  But if same lang PQ nali, I'll choose the 860t one, medyo pricey kasi 950t.

65uf860t is now already 96k @abenson
https://www.abenson.com.ph/products/65uf860t

860t has all the feature of 850t
and additional feature with HDR color prime same as 950t
it is LG's version of Dolby Vision

Yes it is...

Samsung - SUHD Peak Illuminator Ultimate
LG -  Ultra Luminance / HDR color prime (newer HDR)
Vizio - Dolby Vision
Sony - X-Tended Dynamic Range
Panasonic - HDR

additional info why HDR is more future proof with the incoming ultra HD Blu ray

Quote
The catch is, the benefits to owners of older (even as recent as some of last year’s models) 4K UHD TVs will be limited to UHD resolution and that noise-free picture we talked about earlier.  In order to get the HDR and WCG features we mentioned earlier, the TV has to be capable of producing the added colors and processing and producing High Dynamic Range content. With the exception of some Sony and Panasonic models from 2014, only the newest premium 2015 TVs are capable of this.

Am limited to 49" size lang, lowest size kse ng UF860t is 55".. To my eyes..halos same na sya sa color rendition ng top of the line 900 series.

We still can't tell .
There is no standard of the future hdr yet.
But in lg led . 860t and 950t has the hdr advantage

Hi. Been following this thread and am now limited my top 2 choice to either the LG 55UF950T or the LG 55EC9300. While the UF950 is 4k and as you mentioned more likely future proof because of the HDR compatibility, the EC9300 is OLED but "only" 1080p. The PQ however is ahead of the 4k. I compared both of them in a SM Appliance store. The price difference used to be 60k in favor of the OLED but heard recently of LG's upcoming Pre Xmas sale and rumor has it that price diff will go down to roughly 25k. Any thoughts on these 2 especially on the 950T? All your comments appreciated.

Given the choice b/w the LG55UF950T and the LG 55UF860T with a price diff of only Php6k, would you go for the 950T? Am just wondering why the deep price cut for this model. Being phased out? Something wrong with it?

108k for the LG 55UF950T from an online retailer I've dealt with before. But got an unconfirmed report of a 20k discount further w/c I'll be able to confirm tom.  From another lowest quote for the LG 55EC930T,  I got was 113k but only 1 set 3D glasses. Where can I buy extra 3D glasses?

abenson sells 55UF950T 80k. You can also try anson binondo. When I asked for 65uf950, cash price is 115k. Maybe their 55" is cheaper.

I decided to get 65uf860T instead from abensons for 96k

3d glasses are 1k a pair I think from appliance shops. Maybe cheaper online
