during the playoffs, the Spurs commentators were joking that they will be getting Aldridge and Gasol in the free agency, and once they get them, Spurs will rule the NBA championships till the dark ages ... Gasol na lang ang kulang

Get Gasol with what money? Vet minimum?haha

Gasol has said in one interview that he likes his life in Memphis. He has been there since highschool.

Yep. Close to done deal na 'to. "Okay" move after failing hard in free agency. Preserves the cap for 2016 offseason plus the Lakers plug in the hole at the Center position. Hibbert isnt so bad on defense. He is a good rim protector. Terrible rebounder though.

getting both Aldridge and Gasol was really a joke, but they are working to get David West on a veteran's minimum salary ... I think that would pretty much compensate for the lost of Splitter and Baynes ... medyo humina lang supporting cast, they lost Belinelli to the Kings ... hopefully ma-formalized na rin yung return ni Manu, no news so far

I know it was a joke. With the cap restrictions,it was hard to accomplish it realistically without gutting the Spurs team. An Aldridge, Gasol, Kawhii trio + pieces would beast in the West

Solid pick-up for the Lakers especially if all they had to give is a 2nd round pick. One of the best rim protectors in the league, actually has a positive effect on team rebounding numbers despite subpar rebounding average.

Some more rim protectors have been signed to solid FA deals:
Bismack Biyombo to the Raptors (2 yrs/6M)
Kyle O'Quinn to the Knicks (4 yrs/16M)
Kosta Koufos to the Kings (4 years/33M)

Haha! Nice photo! I just saw an opinion about Hibbert's poor rebounding. One of the reasons shown was Indiana's set up of getting team rebounds. Hibbert was tasked to box out the opposing team's best rebounder while other Indiana players grabbed the rebound.

Ang kawawa yung Clippers. No more Center! They are so desperate that they are looking at Javale McGee! Daaaamn. Shaqtin-a-Fool 2time Mvp!!! If CP3 was frustrated with Deandre's low b.ball IQ, he might harbor murderous feelings if they get Javale. Haha

At this point, wala na sigurong ititino pa si Javale. Kid is a lost cause. Low bb iq.

Clips should bring in Perk and Ray Allen! Nab KG as well...sayang Kings na rondo. Doc's first 5 2008 champs. #undefeated haha
