Topic: Mounting a projector from a wall.

I have seen projector mounts from the ceiling, but I do not trust my ceiling, I need to mount my projector from the side wall. Given that the length of the tube is sufficient,  Can I use the ceiling mounts and angle it sideways ?

I mounted my PJ sa wall sa dati namin rent na house because the ceiling vibrates kaya pati images nag=vibrate. Hehe! Buti sana kung earthquake scene. Pero ngayon sa ceiling na because malayo na yun wall. Although, I added braces sa ceiling anchored sa walls sa kisame before installation just to be sure.

Di ba we have this usual "pamakuan" or wall studs where we screw or nail our ceiling material like gypsum or plywood? Most often mga 2' X 2" lang yun. What I did was to put additional bracing connecting the wall studs (where the PJ mount is installed) to the nearest trusses.
