Acer H6510BD vs Acer X152H et al
« on: Feb 26, 2016 at 10:05 AM »
Anyone have experience with 1080 native projectors in general? I am thinking of getting a lamp based 1080p projector as opposed to led one. Any inputs on thosr 2 acer projector or any 1080 projector will be greatly appreciated.

the Acer H6510BD is absolutely worth it! it has a very high lumens output (3000lm max), and images (including text) are very sharp and crisp! I have a friend who has an Epson 8350 Full HD projector and tried my Acer H6510BD and was impressed by its performance.

I looked up the X152H and found that it is also a Native 1080P projector with 3000lm output. I think it has similar performance to the H6510BD. Congrats on your purchase! :)

Yes, x152h supports 3D.  hehe.

One thing i like about the x 152 H is the price. I got it for 439$. If I put it in normal mode it is bright enough that it is already uncomfortable to the eyes.

It is like watching a 1080P TV.
