Samsung43J5500 no audio on cableTV

Hi guys! need help on how to return back the audio on cable TV. when TVplus(blackbox) was connected no problem with TV audio but when switch to cable TV(not digital) no audio occurs. I maybe pressed something while navigating the remote control functions of the TV.

Try to check your TV's SOUND SETTINGS, deselect HD AUDIO (since, as you said, your cable source is not digital).

I have a higher model than your J5500 but I am assuming since they both use TIZEN UI, the sound settings may be similar.

ok na. kkakaexplore ko nakuha ko din, ayaw pala nya sa asia na settings kailangan sa america mo i set para gumana.
