Looking for a 40-43 inches TV for my son's bedroom.

Meron kayo good brand and models na marerecommend?

Salamat.

For me you will never go wrong with sony.
Get the sony 7007f. More future proof, enjoy 4k na. Newer model versus the e series.

I got a few pms
Tangalin ko nadin siguro sharp since kahit yun gusto ng budget ko. Alam ko out of date nadin. Hehe

Ito po updated pms sakin

Sony 65x7007e 53k
Sony 65x7007f 57k
Samsung 65nu7100 55k

Since budget conscious now leaning towards 7007e. I use a cheap HTC both on my and my parents rooms. We are happy naman dun. It's called rikomagic. Incase may nangangailangan windows https nasa 3k+ lang. But sa alam ko di niya ka kaya in 4k.gagana parin naman itong mga TV at 1080p dun sa box ko no? Hehe thanks

I think gagana lahat ng 1080p stuff sa mga 4k tv.

I would go sony. I look at their tv business, company history and their technology.  Compare mo nalang the e vs f series. Maybe compare mo din yun samsung sa pq vs sony. Ako, sony talaga.

I would check out ansons makati kasi marami display dian. Dala ka usb movie.

Good luck. Enjoy your new tv

Got a 70” Sharp last year, rarely used.
Konked June when i got back from a trip they visited July , part arrived (PSU) and no motherboard available. they gave me a full replacement doc and asked to get another unit , any brand.

prior to my Sharp buy , I have an LG 47” now with another board problem but I can’t  find a repairer locally so looks like i’ll have to ship to a repairer (i have 2 boards from a previous replacement) . both units unattached to cable and has an AVR too.

while my preowned Samsung curve (from a pdvd member) and a  MyView (gave to my mom, buhay pa din)  , despite my abusive streaming / playback .

I also have a handful of smaller samsungs too  for my mom’s apartment  each wired with a player that access to my retired 32TB NAS. buhay pa din after 5 years

Do consider after sales when you buy, not just support but parts. learned that the hard way until you read up sa net na some units will have good display panels but dead boards can turn your display investment to a huge piece of junk.

kaya Punta ko dun sa appliance center this weekend and  pickup , mukhang Samsung or Sony ako

Go with what you're comfortable with. I prefer the Samsung due to better uniformity and contrast (VA panel). The Sony will have better viewing angles, however.

What are your reasons?

Stable OS.
Powerful processor compare 7007 series e or f sony.
Consistent performance processor mapaluma man o bago same, based on ( nu7100 is a member family of mu and ku series )

Most important after sales service...

samsung has the worst customer service pag under warranty pa yung unit. mas mahusay pa yung mga china brands kung minsan.
pls beware

Since I only have experience with LG, all I can say is that they're after sales are good, common boards are already with the tech during a visit. And also prompt even when warranty has lapsed

Sir RastaSega, I will be getting the NU7300 of Samsung and your comment on aftersales had made me rethink my decision. Is their customer service really that bad? if so might get another LG

my experience regarding Samsung's aftersales service. I bought my 43" plasma tv November 2011 but only after 6 months may lumabas na green vertical line in the center. called their hotline and panel was replaced in less than a week. then 6 months after the two-year warranty lapsed, horizontal line appeared naman. we were worried kasi nga out of warranty na, yet we decided to call their hotline and asked them to check the tv and estimate how much it will cost us to have it repaired. it was estimated around 10k to replace the panel. we're having second thoughts to have it replaced. my wife called their hotline, hoping to get a discount, arguing to them (in a soft voice naman at hindi nakikipag away hehe) na bakit madaling masira yung plasma and if disposable na ba talaga ito. samsung decided to replace the panel for free! we just have to pay yung installation and check-up that cost around 800 pesos yata.

we're still using the tv until now, although nasa extra room lang namin and it's the only samsung brand we have kasi medyo nagduda kami sa quality ng tv at that time. we never had issues so far with our panasonic, toshiba and sony tvs.

for me, naging good experience yung after sales service although I can't comment kung ano nangyari na sa kanila right now.

oh they service ok , but the parts availability when your units are out of warranty will be a problem. so stick to the models that sell well, the parts provisioning will likely be good for those  best selling units

i have a sorry LG 47” led that has good display panel pero since main board is scarce di ko magamit .

Hitachi 65" for 35k lang :o
https://www.abenson.com/hitachi-ld65sys02u-nu.html

Tempting, but can't find any info on the model... other that its UHD and 65" smart TV
No reviews, No detailed specs, and can't even find it in the official Hitachi page...
Sayang, looking for a great bang for the buck TV

it is an Abenson online exclusive, so mukhang di available sa store, here's the link - https://www.abenson.com/hitachi-ld65sys02u-nu.html

looks to be a good deal as price was reduced from 65k to 34,999

if its a good unit, it should be sold out in a couple of hours, very cheap for a 65".
Very tempting talaga, pero nakukulangan ako sa info na nakikita sa net.
Makes me think, what's the catch?
