I wouldnt buy the hitachi. Imo pawala na yan brand for tv and parts might be hard to find.
I recently got a 43 inch sony with the trilumious feature, forgot the series, for my daughter's room. Ang ganda pala ng colors niya. Recently watched the baseball playoffs there. Oh, napaka ganda. I regret not buying this series for my 65 incher. Ok yun triluminous feature ng sony. Ganda ng colors!!

napansin ko lang din, medyo on and off sila locally bro.  , pero i would give them a chance, as well as sharp.  i still prefer them over samsung and lg (if i had a choice and if may good deal talaga)

honestly.. i would give it a chance.. kung maganda picture quality/hitsura..
kinakatakot ko baka sinaunang lcd tv hitsura yung makakapal... hehe and panget picture...
i wouldnt buy it if same price sa mga best sellers.. pero at 35k.. i dont mind na hindi na marerepair... tvs naman talaga natin.. somewhat.. disposable ngayon :( yung tipong pag pinarepair mo.. presyo na ng kalahating tv.. :(

kaya interested din ako.. hehe malaki din matitipid ko e.. dalawa units kailangan ko ngayon.. :( hehe

Hitachi TV's are not made in Japan. They outsourced the production of their TV's since 2012 to an Indian owned company.

buying a TV sight unseen and picture quality not tested is a huge gamble.

It's a 2017 model which is probably the reason for the discounted price.  However, for a sub-50k TV you get:
  • 65 inch Smart TV (not android but Opera TV)
  • smartphone connectivity (not chromecast)
  • HDR
  • 3 USB ports
  • FM Radio
  • ISDB-T digital tuner

Not a bad deal.  If you can find a Sony Android TV for the same size and price then that would be a better choice but I doubt if there's one out there right now.  It may be a possibility in the coming months but definitely not before xmas season.

Anyone knows the difference between the 7007e (2017) and 7007f (2018) models ?

Can't seem to find these models in the known TV reviews site. TIA.

You can buy the hitachi TV in store. They'll let you audition whatever size they have if the 65" is not available. Manager will just call and verify since memo is not out in the stores. Show them screen cap of promo. That's what my friend did. He was able to get it at P38k, buy now pay later scheme starting January. 2 years warranty for parts and labor, free wall mount and mounting

I only had one Samsung TV, yung plasma ... got defective after 4 years and it is more cost effective to buy a new one than have it repaired ... buti pa yung Samsung PC monitor ko na 23-inch, 6 years na buhay pa rin

Hehe naalala ko tuloy mga crt na.. Bata tayo noon lumaki na ayos pa. Di nasisira. Hehe
Yes di. Nanga ganun katibay mga tv ngayon. Huhu. Sadya ba yan?? Para ma pabili. Tayo. Uli? Hehe
Meron kami mga lcd. Tv na nag retire ng di nasisira. And they were mostly generic.. 1 mag brand. 2 aoc brand. And a brand that was popular in tipidpc. Naka sabit pa now sa clinic ng kapatid ko. But they were all 32 and smaller and yes.. So far branded ones hindi umabot ng 10yrs. Hehe

My previous TV(samsung 32 inch) is already 9 years old and it's still working.....moved it to my niece's room after I upgraded to a TCL UHD 43 inch.....Samsung is tried and tested na sa bahay.....elected to change brands dahil lang sa price difference...
