Nba awards is on now. Malcolm brogdon of the bucks got the rookie of the year award.

Big factor against kay Embiid that he played just 31 games.   I was not surprised with Brogdon. The stats may not show it but he makes a big impact in the game.

I'm sure Westbrook would've preferred to be awarded the MVP trophy in front of the OKC fans.
We deserve better.

Performance of the Year: Klay Thompson scores 60 points against Pacers

Thompson scored 60 points in 29 minutes while only taking 11 dribbles against the Pacers. Incredible.

Hayop.  11 dribbles.

Comparing Klay with other catch and shoot players who relies on off-ball movement (e.g. Rip Hamilton, Ray Allen, Reggie Miller), he seems to have the highest efficiency.  "Seems" since I've not compared actual stats, and Klay still has a long way to go with his NBA career.

The thing with Klay unlike other shooters, he doesn't need to "wind up" his shot. If he catches the ball a bit high, he can still make an attempt. Basically he just needs to square up his shoulders and more of wrist power yun shot niya. I know Rey Allen needs to put down the ball to be able to get off an attempt.

^ Sobrang galing nyang si Klay, both ends of the court. Highly versatile player. Parang di rin napapagod.

+1,
kaya nga non-issue kay kerr yung shooting slump niya. he still gets heavy minutes because of his defense.

If PG13 joins Cavs he's one of them guys who'll be "if you cant be em, join em".
He's been very frustrated losing to the same guy for how many years now.

IMO, di naman xa kagaya kay KD. his preference is LA LAKERS. maging Cavs lang xa if thru trade, w/c hindi nya naman ni request.

One thing i understand with any player. They cant do it (win a ring) alone. No player can single handedly win a team sport! Lol

Cant take it against any player wanting to be a part of a team that will have a better contention to win a title

No one can win a ring on his own.  But what isn't mentioned is the Warriors were back to back WC champs relying basically on their big 3 who were all drafted by Golden State.  And were champs way before KD joined the team.  The team's top players were not FA signees   All were the team's draft picks.  You can say the Warriors winning formula was based on choosing the right players in the draft instead of forming a super team.

Ironically, Klay is the type of player that the Cavs need: great defense, can guard multiple positions, efficient on offense, and doesn't need a lot of touches to heat up.

My point is for him to be elsewhere and join another team for a shot to beat Lebron.
Actually, John Wall is recruiting him to be a Wizard. Mas ok na choice to kesa Lakers.

Another irony is on the same draft, the Cavs chose to pick another Thompson....Tristan instead of Klay. I recall Klay saying the Cavs drafted the wrong Thompson after winning their first title.

It is what it is. Lets wait for Magic and Rob Pelinka to figure it out. Baka pala next year, they have enough cap space to land 1 or 2 big name players, yan exciting na uli panoorin lakers.

as a laker fan, mahina ang 3 years bago sila maging competitive not unless they land a big time superstar. pero with the current line up, walang pagasa.

kaya nilipat si russell it's because of his attitude. and i trust magic johnson. makaka attract yan ng star player compare kay jim buss
