35-40%.
They have an special interface with the hotel system for Billing information, centralized Cable TV source, Movies on demand, Hotel services menu, Guest announcements, Checkout etc.
They also have a special remote control with additional keys for the extra services.
They usually do not have tuners but may have multiple USB and HDMI slots.
It is better to buy a home TV with bigger size and better features with the extra money. Unless you are getting one for free.
