We have seen TV pluses installed in cars and vans as means to beat traffic.

Im thinking of putting an NMT.

Whats a good one?

You can try android tv boxes. Most of them runs on 5v 1A to 2A.
i was able to run my kata box 2 and play with it using a genuine mi 10400mah powerbank. The  box requires 5v 2A. I believe you can power it via cigarette lighter port. You can try watching this video. https://youtu.be/YEn3GDZJ-DA
