Why not. As long as you have a capable system to power it up. Some karaoke speakers also has a "signature sound" for me so you also might want to consider pairing it with a very tweakable receiver.

Hehe. Currently, front and center pa lang ang meron ako. And naka set up siya s entertainment room.

Most of the time music lang muna ako kaya naisip ko yung karaoke speakers muna...hehe

Why not get some pre-owned or surplus speakers for your surrounds. May mga for sale dito sa Pdvd marketplace for less tha P4k ata. Hehe!

purpose ko sir sana sa big speakers is to have music set up in living room. My understanding po kasi is mas maganda ang output ng karaoka speakers vs sa mga suround speakers kung gagamitin sa playing music, tama ba sir?

Masmaganda is subjective. This I learned a decade ago. What may be nice to you may not sound nice to others unless you are at the same page. Hehe! May mga tao kasi who finds karaoke "sonic" signature to be better than the mainstream audiophile sound. So I'm your case, you maybe right in your decision to do so.
