« on: Nov 28, 2016 at 11:43 AM »
Anyone knows where I can get a potentiomenter.   It is going between a car stereo and a subwoofer amplifier

Thanks

Why use one? Most modern hu with sub outs have sub level controls within the hu already.

Baka mas-type ni qguy yun instant increase or decrease ng gain. Ith the HU kasi, dadaan ka pa sa menu before you can adjust the gain.

I know. Pero how many times do you have to adjust the sub ba? What I mean is once you fine tune your car audio you leave it be diba kaya redundant na yun separate volume pa para sa sub unless there is none in the HU.

Well, that's just my opinion lang naman, sabi nga walang basagan ng trip hehehe that's why I gave some links...

Thanks sa links...
BTW... stereo yung nasa link right ?

1.  Mahirap mag adjust sa HU
2. Ideally you do not adjust the bass requirement,  but different songs have different bass requirement, some songs are manipis sa bass

Kitam tukayo. Knowing qguy, iba ang kanyang preference and bass requirements. Hehe! Even if its recorded na mahina ang lows, preference niya is a little bit boosted ang lows.
