Xend - 2Go Express

Anyone had the same experience of waiting for a package sent from Xend thru 2go and everytime you trace the package it is always out for delivery for the last four (4) days already. I'm receiving txt msgs about it being out for delivery but no ones calling to confirm where my home location is., that is if they are really looking for it.

Don't know why no one even asked the driver why he cant find it after he tried 3 times and just sends him out again without any additional info.

Called them twice already, and all I can do is just wait for it to arrive.

peak season kasi now. I'm sure ang dami nilang packages for delivery, and they didn't add manpower to help out. kawawa din riders nila. same thing happened sa shipment ko to sir marvin666 via a different courier. dapat next day delivery, inabot ng 1 week. to think na manila-makati lang yun

ok lang sana sir kung I advise yong tamang dahilan.  or I-sched nila yong delivery on other days pero yong ilalagay na reason eh wrong address, bat di sila nagtatanong ?  kung yon ang reason kahit off peak na ang work nila di nila made deliver yon

im sure properly compensated naman sa OT yong mga riders nila sa haba ng araw sa trabaho.

peak season cannot be an excuse, kasi same pa rin ang rates.  they just want to maximize profit, so they don't augment their staffing, and ang service levels ang nag suffer.  dapat eligible for refund yan, kasi delivery is beyond committed time.  That's the only way they're forced to add capacity to cope with volume.

Yep hindi nga reason yung peak season. Kaya nag change na ako to LBC/grabexpress for my recent shipments. Hindi reliable ang mga start ups/smaller couriers pag peak season na.

ganyan din ang lbc pag provincial deliveries, hindi nila kinocontact kahit andun yung contact number sa waybill
kaya mangyayari back to sender tapos sasabihin di nila makita yung address samantalang ilang beses na nagpadala dun dati

I once overheard someone talking na yun mga ibang food delivery service is naka "sub-out" na din meaning per delivery ang bayad. Hindi kaya mga couriers ganyan na din.
If you have a motorcycle, you can apply for independent courier sa mga courier services.

yon na nga eh, bakit yong ibang courier nakikita yong bahay. 

di lang itong xend eh, pati yong mga delivery ng credit card renewals lagi lang din binabalik sa bank di mo naman alam kung talagang hinahanap nila. ang laging reason walang tao sa bahay na mag receive , samantalang maghapon kang nagiintay.

sabi ko nga kanina kung di nila kaya I deliver bayaran na lang nila yong cost nong item at sa kanila na yon.

Eto na ang trend nowadays, crowdsourcing.  Like Grab, Uber, Airbnb.  Kung sino ang available, willing to do the delivery, game.  Problem is building up a trustworthy network.  Maraming packages na actual value exceeds declared or covered value.  Pag napagtripan ang item mo, kawawa rin sender.

Being a past Xend user, I stopped using their service(s) due to repeat delays in shipment, nakakahiya sa mga clients. Hindi reason yung peak season, dahil kahit naman hindi peak season, 50/50 chance na delayed ang shipping on my experience. Around 1-2 years ago, ok naman service nila, pero biglang pumangit na, so I switched to another company.

Same thing happened to my shipment to one member here. Manila to makati lang which is only 2 kms from my place pero inabot ng 1.5weeks thru XEND. The funny thing is may kasabay siya na shipement that same day going to cebu pero 2 days lang nakuha na ng taga-cebu.

blacklisted xend sa akin.. after their courier didnt deliver the rma'd 3tb harddrive.. reason nila nag awol yung rider tangay lahat na deliveries...

is that my problem? of course not.. pero ayaw naman magbayad ng full.. kasi di ko daw declare actual value.. so minimum insured  value lang daw..

di ako pumayag.. nag offer ng ano ano.. nung pumayag na ako.. ayaw naman ibigay...

may araw rin tong xend.

Lahat ng courier yan ang madalas na problema dahil subcon karamihan ng riders. JRS lang ata nag hindi hehe!!!

i use xend because it's cheap and the pickup is very convenient. Problem lang is pag provincial ang order, matagal.

pag within manila lang i think the best one will be grab express.

I didn't give the seller any negative feedback. but I advised him over pm to use a different courier instead of Xend.

The thought of leaving the seller a negative feedback wouldn't even have crossed my mind.

But yes I agree that Xend has been pretty slow lately.

leaving a negative feedback is unfair to the seller. Its not his fault that its late.  If you want it asap then take a cab ride, plane ride or bus ride and pick it up yourself.

I have buyers who want to save on shipping so i try to give them the cheapest one. Yun nga lang there are hiccups for cheap ones.

Yes sir pero rest assured ka na same day delivery. Anyway, it's just an option naman if your customers wanted a quick delivery. Most often in my case, mga customer ko din nag-offer that they pick it up through grab or Uber because bulky ang mga items ko. Yun receiver that I bought from Chrisbulog, I used Uber to pick it up. I just requested sir Chris to coordinate with the Uber driver. Well siguro its more on convenience, quick delivery, ease of coordination with the driver and shorter waiting time for the arrival.

well kahit yung expensive shipping option eh may hiccups din.. if you want it asap better pick it up yourself... tapos ma meet mo pa personally yung seller.

minsan kasi di reasonable makipagkita sa seller, lalo na kung masyadong malayo ang pagitan nyo. and considering yong gas at toll fees na babayaran mo mas mura pa magpa deliver kahit di sa mga murang couriers kesa puntahan mo personally yong tao.

unless you urgently need the item and you want to drive the whole day and spend more.

nong tumawag ulit ako dyan sa 2go at nag reklamo. tumawag na yong delivery guy to confirm yong house location namin and apparently he knows the area quite well.

so mahirap talaga ma explain bakit nagpaikot ikot yong package, back and forth for 4 days

Peak season or not, I had my share of troubles with LBC and JRS. Last August 2016 (not exactly a peak month) it took 2 weeks to send documents from Manila to Tagaytay. Tracking was useless in both, but LBC even emailed me a week after delivery to inquire whether I have any concern. BS.

Yesterday, I went to LBC and JRS. Clients are now told beforehand that all shipments will be delayed, most likely delivered after Christmas.
