Sharp Brand Performance / Customer Support?

Any experience on Sharp LED TV? Or any customer support/warranty  experience?

Mabilis ba support nila incase na masira yung TV?

Way back in early 2016, Foxconn took over Sharp's TV business. Foxconn is the same company which manufactures electronic gadgets like the iPhone, PS3, PS4 and produces an array of other electronic products (like motherboards for the PC).

So far ok naman, i bought my mom the 60" led, non responsive ng konti yun remote kaya i complained. Sabi wait lang ng stock. The service center naman keeps informing me na wait lang(once a week mag call sa akin) then eventually hinatid na yun remote sa mom ko. Ok naman di ba.

Btw kay voltz ko avail tv, nasunod yun schedule lahat. Surprise kasi kaya marami bilin. All is good.

As far as longevity is concerned, my Quattron Aquos 55" 1080p panel lasted 3 years and  6 months of moderate use. I wish I had it for longer than that because I averaged 3x a week of viewing only.

The panel motherboard was repairable although it was out of warranty (2 years). Decided to not repair it anymore and opted for a new 4k Samsung panel instead.

The smaller Aquos I have still works to this day from 2014.
