LOL!   is there really a glory found with the update to Nougat?

Not much,  esp. if you will just kodi your library.



Sabi nga nila, to each his own. I find some intrigued by OS, some by the ATMOS support, some still the 4K and 10 bit support.

Others still, prefer that they know ahead they can upgrade, than attempt and fail because the box can't.  Thus the thread

Anyone here updated their Himedia to Nougat?

I'm tempted to do but want to know first experience of others. I have mine still at 5.1 android and 1.09 firmware.

There's not much noticeable improvement when I last updated for a customer, esp when you kodi your library so I kept all my q5 and q10 to use stock firmware but nice to know you can upgrade if when needed.

NVIDIA SHIELD TV is now android 7 nougat,  old versions received OTA update to upgrade from marshmallow to nougat
