sigurado geographically locked to Philippines yan.  not sure if puwede pa VPN sa mga Roku na yan.

Looks like Roku3.  Hindi man lang ginawa Roku4, para puwede na H.265.  Although Roku4 is plagued with heat/fan issues.

If indeed geographic lock... that would also mean it may be possible to subscribe to channels in the Roku for Android TV boxes din.

Example, if PLDT Tvolution gets HBO GO on their box, it maybe possible to get HBO Go sa Mi Box or Nvidia Shield without a SkyHD subscription.

Congratulations on your new toy and unboxing vid sir.

It's a Roku 2 box.  Headphone jack in remote is found in Roku 3 and 4.

Locking the Roku is a big time deal-breaker for me.  I hope you can feedback on what "other" apps you can install on it (e.g. NBA, IPTV, etc).

Thanks for the correction on Roku 2.

I don't think you can install anything here. From what I can tell, the only reason to get this is to have the option to access/subscribe to Cignal.

nag avail kami nito at naka trial for 1 month ung Cignal, then lately parang may issue sa pag stream ng Cignal kasi madalas umulit ung show example ung showtime sa channel 2 umaabot ng 4pm

ganito din ba sa inyo? nagcall na ko sa PLDT pero sabi magpapadala sila ng technician

ok naman ung connection PLDT Fibr 20mpbs plan, not sure kung ung issue dahil sa nasira na undersea cable

Nung nanonood ako Wimbledon open ng live, sa umpisa Live, biglang magloloko uulitin from the start yung game and delayed na. tapos na yung actual laban tapos nagsisimula pa lang ulit yung stream
