Since PG already informed Indiana that he will not extend next year, Indiana doesn't really have an option than to trade him, otherwise they'll get nothing out of him ... situations like what was mentioned above could keep PG to another team, and may probably not join the Lakers at all ... if I were the Lakers, I'll get him now rather than waiting for another year - it's not just getting a superstar, but it's getting someone who can attract big other stars (like LBJ maybe)

He mandates that his head-coaches (Fisher, Rambks & Hornacek) exclusively run the triangle offense, which looks lost in todays fast-paced NBA ....... as Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley, etc and a few other legends playfully say ~ the triangle offense only works if you have a Michael Jordan, Kobe, Shaq, etc.

Questionable transactions ....... He has traded nice role players (JR Smith, Shumoert, Chandler, etc) for little in return. Had given an albatross contract to an injured Noah and had resigned and even gave a no-trade clause to Melo.

Totally alienated his star player Melo, diminishing any leverage that he had for any potential trade ........ I'm in no way a fan of Carmelo (I dont think anyone is), but Melo did not deserve the tratement that he got from Phil Jackson. Heck, even Porzingis didn't agree and didn't bother to attend his exit interview.

When even Scottie Pippen says that Phil Jackson needs to get fired, that says a lot.

Thank you brader.swerte lang siguro sya sa mga teams na napag champion nya dahil sa players. ngaun ko lang nalaman galing pala ny yung ilang malalakas na players ng ibang team. never been impressed with the game of melo as well.

mas bagay si PG with westbeast. but Houston is a bigger basketball market so mas lamang rockets at this point. exciting times. may mga teams na gusto mag compete vs. GSW but that's a huge risk kasi super stacked ang warriors. may mga teams na rebuilding mode. and nanjan ang knicks na walang kwenta for the longest time, even before Jackson. swerte lang talaga nila ang dami nilang fans kaya kumikita parin.

Hehe, the big difference sa mga NBA trades with PBA trades - walang hocus-pocus, walang lutong-macaw at walang bahid ng kalokohan sa NBA dahil sa higpit ng rules (salaries near % of one another, salary cap restrictions, CBA rules, etc).
