SONY HOME SERVICE ( unit pull out )

Hi guys!

just want to ask if any  of you had to check your tv with their service center?
i called their authorised service center ( solid service  http://www.solidservice.com.ph/  ) to have an appointment for my tv, and they told me that it is going to be pulled out and bring it to their service center.
Is this their SOP for home service? I was not able to ask them why it had to be pulled out because  i was busy at the time that i called them. ( singit na tawag lang nasa office ako  kasi. )
my tv is scheduled for pull out  by tuesday next week.
anyone had the same experience regarding this?
by the way my tv is just 32 inches

nangyari na sakin ito when i bought a 42 inch sony led tv before
me problem sa speakers kaya tinawag ko sa sony service center
a few days after me nag pickup ng tv, then within the week pag follow up ko ready na daw yung replacement kung san store ko nabili yung tv (ansons)

ahhh ok sir ... thanks for the quick reply...  nag taka kasi ako kung bakit pull out yung unit.. sa samsung kasi sa bahay ginawa yung isang tv ko.. hehehe

Yup, pulled out talaga yung Sony TV on appointed date. Walang prior inspection. Feedback received within the week.

Sharp, by the way, makes prior inspection at home before telling me whether a simple repair or outright unit replacement is made. Mabilis din ang action, within the week.

Bottomline, itong mga big brand names they honor the warranty although their approach may differ.
