ps4 as bd player

dumb question...why is my ps4 unable to play bd movies? It is always looking for a free memry space and sadly my console doesnt have enough already.  is this normal? I thought playback only wouldnt require any memory space at all.

yung requirement nya na activation nagawa mo na sir? kasi sakin ganun din kailangan muna i connect sa internet para ma play ko ang bd. pero hindi naman nag require sakin space or siguro dahil malaki lang space ko.

Can you increase the memory space of a PS4? (By adding external devices?)
