Unfortunately, while the commitment to release the DVD is there, you probably won't be seeing it on shelves anytime soon. What's holding back production is the film's still-to-be-determined theater run schedule this year. Also, there's the issue of where to replicate the first edition DVD set. Doing it locally means a 2-disc DVD5 set which limits the number of additional features due to the film's extended length. It'll be pretty affordable though, even at limited quantities. The DVD9 option means shipping the master abroad and importing the finished product back into the Philippines. Additional features will be on a second DVD5 disc. Cost will definitely be an issue at limited quantities. Double the price at least.According to the producers, they hope to iron out everything by the end of the month.
