What's a good phonostage these days?
« on: Aug 16, 2018 at 11:09 AM »
I'm considering the new Musical Fidelity Nuvista Vinyl.  Priced at almost $4T.  It has 5 inputs, on the fly MC impedance, MM capacitance switching, XLR out, a heavy chassis, and of course those great sounding Nuvistor tubes.  I've heard the lesser MF phono stages and they sounded great so I've no doubts the Nuvista will sound good.

Anything out there worth considering for the same ballpark price?
