Topic: Samsung TV ARC

Hi,

Anybody here using samsung tv arc? I have an NU8000 connected to a jbl bar 3.1 via hdmi arc..problem is we cant get it to work, right now i am only able to use the jbl to tv sound via bluetooth connection.

Anybody had this working? Right now im not sure whether there is something wrong woth the setup, which i doubt because it’s supposed to be plug and play. Or if there an issue with the tv or the soundbar.

Try the hdmi cable

What do you mean try the hdmi cable? It is connected to hdmi, the weird part is that Samsung TV shows it with a power button as if the bar is turned off. If i vlick on it, no signal.

Weird! So i got it to work BUT i had to remove the cable tv box!
My setup was simple, soundbar to tv via arc, then cabl tv box tp tv via hdmi.
If i remove the tv box to the tv, the soundbar arc works fine. But if i put it back, it gets messed up and the soundbar arc wont work again.
