i think it still has no HEVC 1080p -- which is already widespread on torrents.

Vero 4K+ is still the best (top of the line) OSMC device =)

Yup, it can decode 4k60fps on TWO screens concurrently, with HEVC support embedded in hardware.

The drawback is that it uses micro-HDMI output ports.  :-\

I read somewhere to stay away from Pi if you plan to have a dedicated player, just like sa Kodi daw it will either stutter, pause or stop.
Not sure with the Pi 4.

I’ve had 3 different versions of the pi.
If you configure it right you won’t have problems. Plus you can do so much more with it

I think it should be here by August.  Prices are usually not far from those published online too.

TipidPC sellers will probably have it as early as July, but not sure on how they'll price it.

In my experience, this is correct for the 3b+. It is not as reliable as most media players. my old pch 410 jas better video quality too. But i do have high hopes for this version 4. Granted that i might wait it out maybe till next year when they possibly release a 4+ version. Cuz i dont need it yet. And im pretty sure there will be a revision of this current release.
